It all started on November 18, 2024, until 9 am on the morning of that date I had 7️⃣ a total balance in my player account of 140 659.62 MZN.

Then, I left the website waiting for the money to enter my mobile wallet. 7️⃣ When almost 30 minutes passed without the withdrawal confirmation message on my cell phone, I found it suspicious, that's when 7️⃣ I decided to access the website again to see what had happened, or if for some reason my request had 7️⃣ been rejected.
So, I went to the website, and right away I saw that the remaining balance that was there after 7️⃣ the unsuccessful withdrawal request had disappeared, that is, the 40,659.62 MZN. Then, I went to check the status of my 7️⃣ withdrawal request for the 100,000.00 MZN, which also disappeared.
