in total agreance with others who have recently commented on the “new look”. Haven’t had a bet for a few 🤶 months, but when i opened the app today I was appalled at the changes. The app was great, worked on 🤶 phone and tablet. The tablet view was great as a landscape view, why did you change it? The functionality worked, 🤶 it was intuitive. This is a great step backwards, the lag time time on page refresh of sub menus is 🤶 ridiculous. DId you actually consult any of your users before going ahead with this? New users wont have a problem 🤶 because they wont miss what was a great easy way to have a punt, but it wouldn’t surprise me if 🤶 you have a high percentage drop off of existing users. What a shame!
I used to work for TAB for 15+ 🤶 years and just used there app but once I joined bet365 I was amazed at how many more markets they 🤶 have plus all the multi you can take plus you can cash out when ever you want. The best part 🤶 is that you can bet as much as you want or as little as you want like 10 cent ect. 🤶 Bet365 also give you bonus bets to play with all the time. The app also lets you watch your races 🤶 and the games you bet on so if you don’t have any sport channels you can watch them on this 🤶 app. I can honestly say this is a fantastic app and I recommend that you download the app and have 🤶 a go. Like I said I worked for TAB for a very long time and I have closed my account 🤶 with them cause I just use bet365 all the time now
